LLB Coaching

Today I discovered that there is another LB Coaching. So as everything is an opportunity to learn, I have thought about what I want my coaching to be about and so have changed the name of the business to Living, Learning, Building Coaching. LLB Coaching for being all that you can be.

I think this sums up my values, beliefs and what I think people will get out of coaching. Enjoying life, learning from experiences and building upon resources that a person already has. This is what I get out of coaching and hope to let others have this opportunity.

Coaching self

This last 24 hours I have had some practice with coaching myself. I have learnt a lot;

It takes some practice to become masterful at it,

Its very rewarding when you move yourself from one place to a more resourceful one,

Its fun coaching yourself as you get to be totally curious about what your root of the problem is.

And fundamentally I can coach myself as I have all the things I need within!!

This is my first blog. EXCITING!!!

Recently this quote which I found at a craft event has really impacted me;

Always know in your heart that you are far bigger than anything that can happen to you.

I love this quote, as I believe that we are all far greater than we think we are and that we have all the resources we could ever need within ourselves to live life to the full.
